If you received the wrong order, We are pleased to offer an exchange policy on unopened hair extensions within five (5) DAYS of you receiving your order on hair that has not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs unless we are at fault for your incorrect items and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number. Please email us if you have any questions.
